1. Combos are a good thing because they mean the smarter person wins (DI)
2. Fox doesn't have s#%$& for combos
3. Marth doesn't have s#%$& for combos

perhaps because he liks to escape and dodge moves. I understand combos feel good and are great for the attacker but they do feel a bit overwheming for casual players

Well all they have to do is either combo back or learn how to escape. It's not that hard; I never played melee and got the hang of it in brawl+ after what, 10 minutes?

Brawl was obviously not meant to be competetive. If you want the game to be balanced so badly, turn on items and fight like a b$%&#. STFU and deal with it, or move on to Melee or Brawl+.

You can't put escape and combo in the same sentence, are you trying to create a blackhole?

Brawl+ has some characters that are Broken to a certain point but aren't completely broken. Like Falco.
Falco has a Chaingrab on everyone now, but hitstun effects him like a ***** which makes him about an "A Tier" Character. Captain Falcon now does not suck, but everyone still has a moderate advantage over him, therefore he would still be in about "D/C Tier". Ganondorf got weirdly epic, but when he is fighting certain characters, *cough*Falco*cough*, he can be deathgrabbed from 16% to about 42 and die. Metaknight, The King who used to be, is still outrageously broken. Brawl MK < +MK
And that leads me to my conclusion: Pokemon Trainer is still the best character in both version.

Well duh, Brawl+MK is better. This is, however, only because of the physics changes given to everyone and the hitstun boosts-put them on an even playing field with the same rules, then brawl MK is strictly better (better upB, better dsmash, better dtilt, better fair, better bair, better dair; by better I mean either faster, stronger, or more damaging). PT is great because of squirtle. Falco is a pain in the ass.



That's not right. Learn to DI, learn to mindgame, and learn to read your opponent. If you can DI correctly, you will find that a lot of combos that used to work suddenly don't any more. At the same time, learn to mindgame and you'll find yourself hitting more.

If you are complaining about Brawl+ then you are just a straight up Brawl player and nothing else. You definitely won't get as much enjoyment from any other SSB game so don't even think or speak about it.

If Brawl wasn't called Super Smash Bros Brawl and instead just "Brawl," nobody would have bought it because it's such a s#%$& game :V

SSB64 is a better game than Brawl.
SSB64 is still a great game (don't get me started about Isai), it just sucks that Brawl couldn't improve on Melee, like Melee improved on SSB64.

Hey people who are whining about Brawl+. Stop. It may seem like combo's are completely unfair and impossible to dodge and whatever, but (while they're not) if you honestly believe that they're that broken, why don't you stop complaining and use combo's yourself? It may be a shock that you actually have to be "good" at the game to beat people now, but if you want to be good at smash, ditch V. Brawl, and play +.

fox does have combos. his dair to his uptilt is automatic to snake for atleast 2 hits of his utilt. plus falco can dair you against the stage and you will receive enough hitstun for him to bair you

Hahahahaha. Dair->utilt works... in brawl+ 4.1! Snake maybe can utilt twice in a row at 0%, but I'm still doubtful-it's kinda slow. Falco can dair->bair if you suck at teching (=escapable). Almost all of those are either not real combos, only conditional and at really low procents.
