It’s the 12th most viewed game in Newgrounds history, and it’s why we’re all here today!

Hey guys! Smash Con is just a few days away! If you aren’t aware, Super Smash Con is a Smash Bros event in Virginia that we will have a booth at, allowing anyone to come up and try our most recent, unreleased version of the game. This special version will feature most of the content shown in our dev blogs.

The event will be streamed live for three days: August 12th, 13th, and 14th. Streaming times will be announced the day before the event.

To commemorate Super Smash Flash 2 Beta and Smash Con, two of our own developers, Geno and Steven, have created promotional posters for the game. You can see them below in that order.

Click here for the full quality version of Geno’s work!

Both of these developers have Tumblr accounts outside of SSF2 where they post regularly, you can find the links at the bottom of the post.

These posters will be hung at the booth and given out on flyers. So if you’re coming by the setup, make sure to keep an eye out for them!

That’s all for now. If you’d like more information on the event, go to the link at the top to visit Smash Con’s website. See you soon!
